Work Orders
Work orders for the shop floor and the field: a live dispatch board, a technician schedule, parts and labour, digital inspections with photos, time tracking, customer sign-off, quotes and invoices, preventive-maintenance plans and a dashboard. Runs on Odoo Repair and Enterprise Field Service when they are installed, and on its own native Odoo table (x_vzm_workorders_wo) when Repair is not.

Colorful HVAC field-technician assistant: a Home dashboard (browse equipment by brand), AI Help that looks up any panel code (E4, F1, H6…) with meaning, severity, causes and step-by-step checks — citing the manual page and showing diagrams inline — plus a Tools tab of 12 pro calculators (BTU, superheat/subcool, refrigerant charge, P/T chart, duct & pipe sizing, Ohm's law, wire sizing, power factor, unit converter…). Every unit gets an Equipment Details page (specs + its document library), diagnostic steps are a tickable checklist, hold-to-talk voice lets you ask hands-free, and each technician keeps a private History of their own lookups. HVAC diagnosis guided by error code: the technician picks the code the panel shows (or starts from a symptom), the system says what to measure, and the verdict names the faulty part. An administrator maintains the catalog of brands, models, codes, parts and manuals, and the rules that produce each conclusion — the technician never sees a setting or consumes AI. The vApp's only AI is the admin session that imports a manual: the administrator marks regions of the PDF and the AI reads them.
