Know what to buy, how much and when. Replenish learns the daily demand of every product from your stock moves, leaves out the days the shelf was empty, and suggests the quantity that covers the wait for the next order day and the vendor's lead time, rounded to the vendor's minimum and the case size and capped by shelf life. Buyers review the day's suggestions and make draft requests for quotation as themselves; vans and stores are refilled by draft transfers; sites send material requests that a manager approves; Odoo's min and max rules can be handed over, previewed and written. Progress Billing
Bill by progress on your Odoo sale orders. A contract carries its schedule of values; every period is a pay application in the AIA G702/G703 shape: work done, stored materials, retention that reduces or stops, change orders. A project manager enters the progress, a different approver signs it off, and billing creates the draft invoice in Odoo as themselves, so taxes and fiscal positions are Odoo's. Release retention with its own invoice. For property management, a monthly owner statement from the property's analytic lines: income, expenses, fee, reserve, carried balance and payout as a draft vendor bill.
