Commissions Pay people what they earned, and let them see why. Plans on invoices, POS sales, piece-work tallies or insurance-carrier payments: percent, per unit, tiers, retroactive tiers, caps and splits. Every line of a statement is explained in a sentence, an earner can question it, a manager approves it (never their own), and payroll takes it to the payslip, a draft vendor bill or a CSV.
