Service Contracts
Run recurring service contracts on native Odoo records: HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, building services, IT managed services and insurance policies. A contract has its covered items, an SLA with response and resolution times inside coverage hours, a preventive-maintenance schedule that makes the visits, included hours and visits per contract year, and a billing schedule that makes DRAFT invoices in Odoo as the person. A new contract and every price uplift on a renewal are approved by a different person than the one who created, edited or submitted it, on the figures as submitted. A renewal pipeline with uplift, a portfolio screen with MRR, SLA compliance and preventive completion, and the real margin of every contract.
